Lotsha FM Journalists elected into ZUJ executive

Two journalists from the recently launched Beitbridge Community Radio Station, Lotsha FM have landed top posts in the Zimbabwe Union of Journalists (ZUJ) elections held in Gwanda , Matabeleland South on Thursday.
Presenter and News Producer, Babongile Gora (Queen B) was elected Treasurer and News Writer and Producer, Muvhuso Chibi landed the Vice Secretary post.
Other members of the provincial chapter include , seasoned journalist , Thupeyo Muleya ,(Chairperson) , Sukhu Dube Mathuthu from the Chronicle (Vice Chairperson), Mvelo Zondo from Ilanga (Secretary), Lynn Ndlovu (Committee Member).
Beitbridge based veteran journalist, Rex Mphisa was elected committee member.
The elections were supervised by ZUJ secretary genrlerla, Perfect Hlongwane, ZUJ National Executive Member , Tatenda Chitagu and the union’s Programmes officer Eric Matingo.
Zimbabwe Union of Journalists is an organisation that represent media proffessionals from different media houses in the country and among other things , it protects the rights of journalists.
