ECD critical in laying the foundation for learners

A senior educationist, Mrs Elizabeth Ngwenya has urged parents to ensure they take children through all the flow process including the Early Childhood Development (ECD).

She said failing to lay a solid foundation in little children contributes to the velocity of their downfall, yet meek techniques to curb for mischievous and unethical manners are necessary.

Mrs Ngwenya was addressing parents and stakeholders who gathered in their numbers on Thursday to witness Love World junior school ECD 5th graduation.
Like any other learning institute, authorities there strive in the academic prowess of learners.

In her address, Mrs Ngwenya said the school was patiently helping learners to possess qualities or traits which differentiate them from other children from the community or living organisms.
She also noted with resent the rising scourge of drug abuse in the community.
The educationist said this was common in young child some of them school, drop outs or some school leavers.
